B. Carcinoma Embryonic Antigen (CEA): CEA is glycoprotein in embryonic tissue of the gut, Pancreas and liver, their levels are high in cancer of gastrointestinal tract, Pancreas and breast.

C. Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA): PSA is also an example Cytoplasmic Proteins is usually rise in Prostate Cancer quite helpful to diagnose prostate cancer in early stage.
